A 15-minute conversation with Dr. Jana Rundle.

Where we can start
You do not need a perfect explanation for how you feel. We can start with what you have noticed.
Replaying a conversation, checking one more email, or finding it hard to switch off.
Doing well, then immediately noticing what you could have done better.
Managing everyone’s expectations while rest, relationships, or your own needs get pushed aside.
Facing a new role, a career decision, or questions about what you want your life to include.

Working with Dr. Rundle
We will look at the patterns behind the pressure: what you ask of yourself, what feels difficult to change, and what matters to you outside your responsibilities.
Dr. Rundle draws on approaches including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT). Together, you can work on worry, boundaries, self-criticism, and choices that support the life you want.
